With the rapid development of the global economic, the trend of globalization of petrochemical industry is becoming even more obvious. Since entering 21st century, China petrochemical Industry and its scale keep on growing, which has made China the main country for both production and consumption of petroleum products. Petrochemical Industry is regarded as one of the top 3 pillar industry in Guangdong Province, in the period of the 11th 5-year planning of China, Guangdong Province has put its emphasis on developing chemical raw materials, however, the output value of daily health products exceeds RMB 50 billion per year, while the dope reaches RMB 51.6 billion, which makes it unique in the whole China. It’s evaluated that the output of Oil Refining and ethylene in Guangdong will be able to take a quarter of the whole nation by 2020.
